Study will focus on improving emotional health for oncology patients
OPN began recruiting for a study which aims to reduce anxiety and improve emotional health during oncology treatment. Oncology patients in the midst of treatment are inundated with such demands on their time and physical well-being that emotional considerations can be ignored. OPN recognizes that a holistic approach to patient care is leads to optimal outcomes, prompting opening and recruiting for this study. Open to all state I-III breast cancer and lung cancer patients within the OPN network, this study compares the effectiveness of two digital software applications for physical and emotional health in adjunctive oncology treatment.
